Why is it 8 days and not 10?
Eight days on the ground, arrival day to departure day. Add your two international flight days and the trip is ten days door to door. Earlier materials said 10/12 — the program length has not changed, we simply now quote the days you are actually in the United States.
What does the $5,000 not cover?
International air travel tickets, above all. Also US visa fees, personal spending and the optional excursions. Everything else on the itinerary — hotels, meals, coaches, campus programs, the certificate — is inside the fee.
Who is the program for?
Grades 7 through 11 are the effective range. Grade 12 students are welcome but get less out of the college-application content. Parents and guardians may travel with the group.
Do you help with the US visa?
Yes. We issue an invitation letter and a program confirmation for your appointment, at no extra cost, as soon as your place is confirmed. We cannot influence the consular decision.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a Stripe receipt immediately, and our team emails you within two business days with enrollment forms, the visa support letter, the packing list and the detailed daily itinerary.
Can I pay a deposit instead?
Yes. $1,500 holds the place; the remaining $3,500 is invoiced before departure. Deposits are the usual route for families waiting on a visa appointment.
Can more than one student book at once?
Yes — increase the quantity at checkout. Each student's name is collected separately after payment.
What if the visa is refused?
Contact us as soon as you have the decision. Refund terms depend on how close to departure the refusal lands and on what we have already committed to hotels and program providers; we will set out your position in writing.
